River Rock Tile

Now this was one of those jobs that’s got you thinking “what have I gotten myself into”. However, Acorn M/R got it done with no problem. Each rock was set in one by one, in addition the perfect long lasting design was created. The customer was thrilled to have a comfortable message like feel to her shower.  The job out so great the owner also wanted me to add the rock design around her tub. This job was a blast to do.

Modern Bath

Representing our fine Military, I was happy the turn this bathroom into something fantastic. The owner wanted to update the her old 80’s bathroom to give it a modern look that could stand the test of time. She picked out every item to be install making my job enjoyable and to the point. From the drywall repair to the fixture install, everything went smoothly and the owner was able to enjoy her new bathroom within a week.

Porcelain Tile

This design has to be my favorite. The custom soap and shampoo holder was a perfect fit for the customer. However, having a house full of kids made this bathroom a popular spot to migrate in the home.

Cedar My Deck

As I was walking up to the client’s home, I had a feeling that replacing their deck with cedar would make their home stand out from the rest. It was important for the client to have a place where they could enjoy summer get-together’s with the grand-kids, a glass of tea while breathing in the morning air, and somewhere to watch the sunset fall below the horizon as the stars start to shimmer in the night sky. After the cedar was up, it was clear it was the perfect choice for this job.

Deck Stain

This job right here was a fun one. The nice lady that owned the deck welcomed me with fresh tea the morning I arrived to apply the stain. The whole process was a joy to perform.  Listening to the clients life stories really motivated me and does still to this day. More often than not, I prefer tea in the mornings.

Stain Fence

This fence was built with passion and care. All it needed was some stain to protect it.

Custom Subway Tile Backsplash

The perfect backslash for a custom kitchen. However, the centerpiece that brings the family together flows nicely with the brown bottoms and white tops.

Gourmet Kitchen Backsplash

When I received the call that afternoon, However, I knew this was going to be an exciting job. The owner informs me that he attempted to patch the wall and apply the backsplash himself, about halfway through the tile falls off the wall slamming on top of the sleek stove like pans violently smacking together. Luckily none of the tile shattered and it was all salvageable.

The owner was very pleased with the work performed and the value it brought to the kitchen area. Later he called back to have more work completed around the house, and Acorn M/R was glad to help. 

Tile Nightmare

The owner of this home called me saying his tenant was complaining of the kitchen tile being loose as he walks on it. I go over to do a estimate and come to find out every tile in the kitchen has come loose due to the earthquake from 2018. The only thing to do is remove every tile and sand the old mortar off of the floor. This was a very dusty and dirty job. After the mortar was cleared the new vinyl flooring went in like a snap. The tenant was very please not to cut his foot on broken tile anymore.
